I became Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Binghamton University in August of 2001. I graduated from Springfield College in 1996 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Following graduation I spent a year as a volunteer strength and conditioning coach at Boston College. Starting in the fall of 1997, I spent two years working as a graduate assistant in the strength and conditioning department at Ball State University in Indiana, while earning my Masters degree in Exercise Science. In August of 1999 I became the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Richmond in Virginia, and spent two years at Richmond before coming here to Binghamton. Through my travels to four Division I institutions I have worked with many different sports, and have trained future professional athletes. At Binghamton, I designed the varsity weight room located in the Events Center, and I also started this program Maximum Athletic Performance geared toward middle school and high school athletes in 2001.
